Thanks to so many people playing such a large and active role, the WebDesign.com 1 year anniversary sale was a resounding success. We SO appreciate all the efforts of the affiliates, and are thrilled to be sending out some very nice affiliate payments at the end of the payment period.

One thing that stands out to me is how dedicated the affiliates were. This was really the first affiliate promotion. It’s the first since I came on board November 1st, and given there wasn’t much of an affiliate program in place before, the participation and activity was tremendous.

Whether you made a lot of sales or not, please know that your efforts are appreciated…and, unless people clear out their cookies or use someone else’s affiliate link down the road, you are still the affiliate of record for that person should they decide to join WebDesign.com in the future. Who knows, you may get a nice surprise a month or two from now.

I’m working on something special to honor and celebrate the affiliates who were super active, whether their click-throughs resulted in sales or not. I want to make sure you are recognized for all your efforts.

I’ll keep you posted on the plans.
